Boston, MA – July 20, 2021 — Apptopia, the leader in real-time competitive intelligence, today announced the appointment of Tim Santos as Chief Product Officer. Santos brings more than 15 years of product management experience to the position. In his new role, Santos will refine Apptopia’s product strategy and scale the company’s product management practices in support of continued growth.
Prior to joining Apptopia, Santos spent almost eight years at Meltwater, where he led a global team of product managers and designers. In his most recent role, as Vice President of Product Management, he was responsible for Meltwater’s full suite of products, providing PR pros and marketers with comprehensive media monitoring and analysis. During this time, Santos gained extensive experience creating insightful products that have complex data ingestion and analytics at their core.

Tim is a native of New Hampshire with a Computer Science degree from Saint Anselm College. He currently lives in Brentwood with his wife, Melody, their two-and-a-half-year-old son, Gabriel, and their eight-year-old dog, Dante. In his free time, he loves exploring the woods of NH on foot or by bike with whichever family members he can convince to come along. The dog is usually game.
